This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Your Game Studio ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of Pixel Flap Adventure ("the Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.
You may not:
The Game and all its content, including code, graphics, and music, are owned by Your Game Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the Game.
We may provide updates or patches to the Game at our discretion. Support is available via support@pixelflap.com, but we are not obligated to provide ongoing support or updates.
This EULA terminates if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Your Game Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data or profits.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Your Game Studio is based, excluding conflict of law principles.
We may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
